Exit Policy and Transfer of Ownership of the Display Number

On contract expiry, and if the user chooses not to renew, we can transfer ownership of the display number to the user subject to the following conditions:

  1. Virtual mobile numbers or toll-free numbers shall be transferable as per the guidelines of the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India.
  2. If a discount was offered on vanity numbers, the user may be liable to pay vanity charges on transfer.
  3. We will charge a nominal fee of INR 2,500 to assist with the transfer of ownership.
  4. If the user initiates the transfer directly with the telecom operator, we will terminate & release the number from our end and no fee to us will be charged for the transfer.
  5. The transfer process should be completed within 7 days of expiry of the contract or services.
  6. We reserve the right to charge up to INR 5,000 as a security deposit related to transfer charges; any unused portion will be refunded after transfer completion.

How Is Such Information Used?

We use personal identity information consistent with this Privacy Policy and with the purpose for which it was provided. Typical uses include:

  • Responding to inquiries and providing support.
  • Providing access to services and monitoring service usage.
  • Notifying users of product information, technical updates, policy changes, and related information.
